Tales (the "Service") allows users to provide prompts ("User Input") to generate text and images ("Generated Content"). The Service is an interactive platform, and much of the content is influenced by our users. This disclaimer outlines our position on user-generated content.

1. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the User Input you provide. The Service may generate unpredictable or unexpected outputs from your prompts. The resulting Generated Content is not reviewed, endorsed, or controlled by Tales.

The views and opinions expressed in the Generated Content are those of the artificial intelligence models, as influenced by user prompts, and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of Tales.

2. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Appropriateness

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any Generated Content. Content may be factually incorrect, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. You access and use the Generated Content at your own risk.

3. Content Removal

While we are not obligated to screen or monitor User Input or Generated Content, we reserve the right to remove any content that we, in our sole discretion, find to be in violation of our Terms of Service or is otherwise objectionable.
